Has anybody tried Verdun?

I bought a copy for myself and Alonso during the Holiday Sale.

Quite frankly, I saw it on Greenlight and was like... "OMG, THIS LOOKS GREAT, NO NOOBTOOB COD CRAP."

Old-Timey 1914~1918 battles in various parts of Europe, with dated weapons. What's not to like right?

87% (average 9/10) Approval rate, it's very much so liked and the developers have been doing wonders with it, updating and balancing regularly.

It's been in progress since 2006.

It was released on Steam in September of 2013.



Have any of you guys tried this yet? Because despite having ALL the time in the world, I haven't gotten around to trying it yet, which I think is a real damn shame.

I'm gonna have to try it at some point, looks pretty dope.
